1. Services

Curv Vision provides web development, Shopify development, SaaS development, API development, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are agreed upon in a separate written proposal or contract between Curv Vision and the client.

2. Project Agreements

All projects are governed by a formal agreement that includes:

• Detailed scope of work and deliverables.
• Project timeline and milestones.
• Payment schedule and total cost.
• Revision policy and change request process.

Work begins only after the agreement is signed and the initial deposit is received.

3. Payment Terms

• A deposit (typically 50% of the total project cost) is required before work commences.
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final files/code are transferred.
• Invoices are payable within 7 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may attract a fee of 2% per month on overdue amounts.
• All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise in the project agreement.

4. Revisions & Change Requests

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the project agreement. Additional revisions or changes to the original scope will be quoted and billed separately. We aim to accommodate reasonable requests, but significant scope changes will require a revised agreement.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Upon receipt of full payment, all custom code, designs, and assets created specifically for your project are transferred to you.
• We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
• Open-source libraries, third-party plugins, or frameworks used in your project are subject to their respective licences.
• Any content (text, images, logos) you provide to us remains your intellectual property.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth project, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements.
• Provide required content (text, images, brand assets) in a timely manner.
• Provide timely feedback and approvals at agreed milestones.
• Ensure you have the rights to all content and materials provided to us.

Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and could result in additional charges.

7. Cancellation Policy

Either party may terminate the project agreement with written notice. If you cancel the project after work has commenced, you are liable for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date. The initial deposit is non-refundable. We reserve the right to terminate an agreement if payment terms are not met or if project requirements involve illegal or unethical activities.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. If required, we are happy to sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before project discussions begin.

9. Limitation of Liability

Curv Vision's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party platforms, hosting providers, or services outside our direct control.

10. Website Use

When using curvvision.com, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce content without written permission.
• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful code.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Changes to These Terms
